Maharashtra Cyber Officials Including SP Bribed By Ullu Digital’s Vibhu Agarwal To Avoid Investigation: Adv Satyam Rajput

MUMBAI: A Delhi-based Supreme Court lawyer Satyam Singh Rajput who appeared for the victim/complainant in the Mumbai Dindoshi Sessions Court on 21st August has claimed in the open court that the Ullu and Lattu Apps had more porn content than Raj Kundra’s HotShots app and yet CEO Vibhu Agarwal and Country Head Anjali Raina who run the company have not been touched by the Mumbai police.

A 28-year-old woman had filed a case of molestation, etc., at the Amboli Police Station in suburban Mumbai against Ullu Digital CEO Vibhu Agarwal and Country Head Anjali Raina and accused them of stripping her and making her wear sample Ullu undergarments. They also filmed her and took photographs of her while she was changing her clothes, the victim has alleged in her complaint.

“Ullu App is the grandfather of Raj Kundra’s HotShots when it comes to porn content. Hundreds of pornographic files were deleted from the Apps servers when the first FIR was filed in November 2020.  Still that tranche of porn content is kept hidden in the company. The promoters of the company paid the Maharashtra Cyber officials including the SP in-charge of the department a huge sum of money to avoid investigation and scrutiny. Even the Mumbai cyber cell and the Property Cell officials were paid off by Vibhu Agarwal to avoid investigation in January and February this year,” Adv. Satyam Singh Rajput told this reporter.

Speaking exclusively to IndyaTv.in, Satyam Singh Rajput said he had printouts of hundreds of chats including Group Chats between his client and Vibhu Agarwal and other officials of the company, which prove that the company was dealing in porn content. In spite of all this proof, the Mumbai police have not touched Vibhu Agarwal or investigated the working of Ullu Digital.

It is very surprising that the Mumbai police Crime Branch and the Property Cell have not touched Ullu Digital in spite of the fact that the company hosted and published hundreds of pornographic files and content, including porn audio podcasts. There is something definitely wrong here, Rajput wondered.

“The Maharashtra Cyber was paid off by Vibhu Agarwal and it is not at all surprising that they did not investigate the company,” Adv Satyam Singh Rajput said.

Rajput has submitted a detailed dossier to the Mumbai Dindoshi Sessions court, concerning the working of Ullu Digital and the illegal activities carried on by the company. A copy of his submissions to the court are available with IndyaTv.in‘s reporter and clearly indicate that the company was earning millions by publishing and selling pornography online.

IndyaTv.in has accessed and perused all the chats  by Adv Satyam Singh Rajput and a copy of the same is with this reporter. The conversations between company officials of Ullu Digital Pvt Ltd., including its CEO Vibhu Agarwal clearly show that the company was dealing in hard core porn, including pornographic audio podcasts for its LATTU app.

Not just that, the company had full control over the working of its producers or production houses from whom it outsourced content and every minute details of the project were controlled and dictated by Vibhu Agarwal himself.

Editor’s Note: IndyaTv.in made several attempts to contact Mr Vibhu Agarwal of Ullu App, but he was unavailable for comment. He is not answering his mobile phones and WhatsApp and SMS messages sent to his three mobile phones/numbers went unanswered.

Attempts to contact him on the landline number at his Mumbai office also proved futile. Our reporters left messages with Ullu Digital staff, requesting for an interview or audience with Vibhu Agarwal to hear his side of the story, but no response was forthcoming.

The Country Head and Executive Director of the company said it was not possible to reach Vibhu Agarwal. We will update this story when Mr Vibhu Agarwal responds to us.
