“It is surprising that Yadav is not externed from the area and is still allowed to carry on his business in Calangute in spite of the fact that he has orchestrated 3 attacks on the staff and owners of Souza Lobo restaurant. Yadav is also booked for several criminal acts including human trafficking, flesh trade, use of illegal firearms, rioting and several cases reported at various police stations in North Goa,” Parulekar said, adding that the bribes reach the level of the SP and it is a known fact that an SP was being paid Rs 5 lakh per month to allow illegal businesses to flourish.

“Yadav has the support of several politicians in the area. Even the government is supporting Yadav and that is why he is able to roam around freely in the Calangute-Candolim area,” Parulekar told this reporter.
He is operating his business right under the nose of the Calangute cops and even though the Calangute VP issued several notices against Yadav, his business continues to run without any licenses or permissions, Parulekar explained.
The Delhi-based businessman along with about 80 people carrying weapons like swords, iron rods, bottles, and guns had attacked the famous Souza Lobo restaurant located at Calangute Beach on Tuesday night.
