Victim’s Advocate Claims In Court: Ullu App Has More Porn Than Raj Kundra’s HotShots
MUMBAI: The advocate for the victim Satyam Singh Rajput who filed a complaint of molestation, etc., against Ullu CEO Vibhu Agarwal and the company country head Anjali Raina, in an interview with this reporter has said that the Ullu and Lattu Apps both owned by Vibhu Agarwal, had more porn than Raj Kundra’s HotShots.
While deposing in the Sessions Court at Dindoshi the advocate said they have enough proof to support their allegations and submitted a detailed report to the court.
Rajput has claimed that Agarwal deleted hundreds of files from his APP and the servers, after the Maharashtra Cyber police filed a case against several OTT operators including Alt Balajai, Netflix and Ullu in November last year. The company Ullu Digital Pvt Ltd paid the cops at the Maharashtra Cyber office, huge sums of money to evade investigation in the case, he alleged.

If one had to compare Ullu App with Raj Kundra’s HotShots as they were in October 2020, Ullu App had far more content than Raj Kundra’s Hotshots, Rajput said.
Meanwhile, a Kolkata-based model and actress Shamita Smita Ghosh has alleged in a written complaint to the Kolkata police that she was cheated and coerced by a producer, claiming to be associated with the Ullu App who conned her into giving nude frontal shots for a film, that was supposed to be published on the Ullu App.

The Kolkata police, Saturday have confirmed receiving a complaint from the concerned model and said they were looking into it. “We are trying to get hold of the producer mentioned by the model in her complaint. Once we get in touch with him or his production house, everything will be clear,” an official said.
The cops said they would register an FIR after ascertaining the facts and details mentioned in the model’s complaint.

In a written complaint submitted to the cops, a copy of which was accessed by this reporter, the 19-year-old alleged that she was told that only a part of her body or a side profile would be shown, and that her full body or the frontal part of her body would not be seen or captured by the camera.
Editor’s Note: IndyaTv.in made several attempts to contact Mr Vibhu Agarwal of Ullu App, but he was unavailable for comment. He is not answering his mobile phones and WhatsApp and SMS messages sent to his three mobile phones/numbers went unanswered.
Attempts to contact him on the landline number at his Mumbai office also proved futile. Our reporters left messages with Ullu Digital staff, requesting for an interview or audience with Vibhu Agarwal to hear his side of the story, but no response was forthcoming.
The Country Head and Executive Director of the company said it was not possible to reach Vibhu Agarwal. We will update this story when Mr Vibhu Agarwal responds to us.
