How did Tamil actress Pauline Deepa die? Cause of death of actor Deepa Pauline Jessica

CHENNAI: According to police sources, a failed love affair and the resulting depression from being spurned by the man she loved, is the possible reason for the suicide of Tamil actor Pauline Deepa aka Deepa Pauline Jessica.

Police sources said Pauline Jessica who was popularly known as Deepa was depressed after the man she was in love with rejected her, resulting in a failed relationship. Deepa was in love with the man (name withheld as police investigation is ongoing), who rejected her pleas for marriage and a long-term commitment. Police have found a suicide note, which mentions her failed relationship as the reason for her taking her life. The cops are likely to question an assistant film director today (who has been summoned) and he may be placed under arrest for abetting the suicide of the 29-year-old actor.

Tamil actor Deepa (29), who had acted in films like ‘Thupparivalan’ and ‘Vaaidha’ was found dead at her rented apartment in Chennai’s Virugambakkam Mallika Avenue on September 18. She had allegedly committed suicide by hanging her self in her apartment.

A note was recovered from her house and the cops are probing all angles, PTI reported. ”We have summoned an assistant director, who was said to have been close to Pauline Jessica Deepa, in connection with her death,” a police official was quoted by the PTI report.

Known as Deepa, Pauline Jessica, had played the lead role in the recently released Tamil movie ‘Vaidha’. Besides, she worked in various Tamil movies and serials.
