MUMBAI: Germany-based, Mumbai-born, international glamour and art model Anita Shah Das recently shot with fashion photographer Lynn Baxter for an international gore film where she plays a celebrity Yoga instructor in Hollywood.

The shoot was done at a studio at Worli in Mumbai last week. Photographer Lynn Baxter is known for his intricate photography and magic with light effects and can give even a simple image or normal pose a very different treatment with the use of various light and color effects.

Anita Shah Das is a German model, but of Indian origin. Her parents moved to Germany when she was only four months old. Das has done her masters in architecture and is currently shooting with Indian-born Hollywood director Rajneesh Singh in Italy for a psycho-murder thriller.

Gore films are also called splatter films and are a separate genre of films.

Anita plays a tantric Yoga practitioner in Hollywood with a huge celebrity following, who is brutally murdered by a lunatic, who thinks she is an incarnation of Satan and out to corrupt the world with her Yoga sessions and practice as well as ideology about tantric meditation, not to forget her promiscuous preaching about free sex.

The lunatic cuts up the dead victim’s body into 300 parts and then crushes and minces them in an industrial cement mixer because he believes the woman who is Satan in human form can resurrect herself within hours if her deceased body remains in one part. To ensure that she is completely eliminated her killer mutilates her body, particularly her private parts, brain and organs, grinds the rest of the body parts in an industrial mixer and then pours spirit on the mix and tries to burns it all.
