According to Rayya, she is not sure if Uorfi Javed is male or female. “If you are male, I definitely want to marry you,” Rayya wrote on her Instagram.

Two days earlier, in another funny post, amidst the raging controversy around her outfits and politician Sanjay Raut’s editorials in the Marathi newspaper Samnaa, as well as his column Rokh Tokh, Rayya who obviously did not want to lose out on all the fun, said Uorfi turns her on and that she is attracted to her.

“Uorfi Javed turns me on. She looks more male than female. I am attracted to her. I would like to see her naked,” Rayya said when we asked her about her feelings for her and her Instagram post.

MUMBAI: “Three of my family members (distant relatives) who worked with the Indian army sacrificed their lives for the nation. I have seen death before my eyes. Family members, relatives, neighbours have been killed in the fighting when I was young. It is not a joking matter or something that must be taken lightly by people like Richa Chadha,” Mumbai-based Kashmiri Muslim actor Imran Nazir Khan said.

“What does Richa Chadha know about the army? She should be behind bars for her publicity stunts,” Imran Nazir Khan told this reporter.

On Thursday, Imran Nazir Khan filed a complaint against Bollywood actress Richa Chadha at the Goregaon police station in suburban Mumbai, for her recent tweet on Galwan, mocking the Indian army.

According to Imran speaking to this reporter, “In Kashmir where I hail from, at least 9-10 family members and relatives work with or in the Indian Army. In fact, our association with the army is much deeper. Our family is associated with the Indian Army for the last 5 to 6 decades or more. We also have a business where we supply certain items to the security forces. For confidentiality reasons, I cannot mention more about my family’s association with the Indian forces, but I will definitely not tolerate anyone speaking against the army and definitely a nutcase like Richa Chadha.”

Imran also blasted Richa Chadha on social media, stating that she was doing everything for publicity.

“It has become a trend or habit for her. First she says something crazy or offensive and then apologizes. My family members who work with the army have sacrificed their lives. We have lost 3 members of the family, who have worked with the Indian army and died fighting for the nation. I have seen it all up close as a child and as a youth. I know the reality about Kashmir and what the Indian army jawans go through there. It is easy for someone like Richa Chadha to sit in her air-conditioned bedroom and pass comments like what she did/said. I will not tolerate it. I will make sure an FIR is registered against her. Or she must publicly apologize for her comments,” Imran Nazir Khan told this reporter.

Imran also tweeted to the Mumbai Police, Mumbai police commissioner and the DGP Maharashtra requesting them to consider his tweet as an official complaint.

MUMBAI: In a shocking incident, according to an FIR registered by a 34-year-old lyricist who was in a live-in relationship with singer Rahul Rajendra Jain, originally hailing from Indore, but now living at Lokhandwala in suburban Mumbai, Jain disowned his own newborn child and forced his live-in lyricist girlfriend of several years to undergo abortions two times, against her will.

An official from the Oshiwara police station, where the FIR has been registered told this reporter: “A case has been filed under section 376 2(N), 420, 406, 313 and 34 of the IPC and we are searching for the three accused persons who are absconding and have gone underground.”

The complainant told the police that Rahul forced her to undergo two abortions in the past, citing his upcoming career and did not want people to know about their relationship and the child.

The lawyer for the complainant victim said, “The fathers name is mentioned in the birth certificate. But, forget giving his name to the child, Rahul Jain has disowned the mother and six-month old child and gone missing.”

An anticipatory bail application filed by Rahul Jain and his mother and brother at the Dindoshi Sessions court at Goregaon East is posted for hearing on 20th October.

This is not the only complaint against Rahul Jain. At least 3-4 women from different parts of India said they were physically and sexually “used, abused and dumped” by Jain in the last 3-4 years.

A woman from Indore has alleged Jain promised her marriage and had sex with her a few times. He also promised to feature her in his music videos and told her to arrange for a sponsor for Rs 15 lakh. She later on found out that Jain had similarly promised marriage to at least 3 other women. Earlier she did not file any complaint, because of the fear of being ostracized in society, but now as one victim has come forward and an FIR is registered in Mumbai, she will file a complaint in Indore in the coming days, it is learnt.

In another similar case, a close friend of model and actress Sagarika Shona Suman, who was molested by Jain and approached her for help, after reading a news report in a popular city tabloid, also visited the Mumbai police and submitted a written complaint against Jain.

In spite of several attempts to contact singer Rahul Jain and his family for their comment and feedback on the above allegations, they were not reachable. Our reporters left messages on their Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other social media handles, but no reply was forthcoming. Telephone calls were futile as their phone numbers are switched off.
