Mumbai: Ullu Digital’s CEO Vibhu Agarwal’s problems are going from bad to worse everyday.

After a former female employee accused him of molestation and criminal intimidation, filing a complaint against him at the Amboli Police Station, now the Mumbai Crime Branch has begun a probe, following fresh allegations from a model that Agarwal was running porn apps or publishing and circulating porn content on apps with unknown, fake or fictitious owners, but indirectly controlled or operated by him.

Sources said that the Property Cell of the Crime Branch of the Mumbai Police today called several persons connected with the Ullu App for investigation, and the controversies surrounding Ullu touched a new high.

Allegations Against Vibhu Agarwal

A female model Sagarika Shona Suman has alleged that Vibhu Agarwal was running apps under different names, fictitious identities or fake persons by creating shell companies with fictitious individuals as their owners. In reality, the entire business was run by him and a select team of 2-3 persons, the complainant has alleged.

Two more victims have come forward to state that Vibhu Agarwal’s app Ullu also published porn like Raj Kundra’s Hotshots App and that they had a tough time getting their films removed from the platform.

In the past several models, including Komal, Kajal Shankharwar, Satarupa, Anupriya and others had filed complaints of a similar nature against Ullu.

IndyaTv.in made several attempts to contact Mr Vibhu Agarwal of Ullu App, but he was unavailable for comment. He is not answering his mobile phones and WhatsApp and SMS messages sent to his three mobile phones/numbers went unanswered. Attempts to contact him on the landline number at his Mumbai office also proved futile. Our reporters left messages with Ullu Digital staff, requesting for an interview or audience with Vibhu Agarwal to hear his side of the story, but no response was forthcoming. The Country Head and Executive Director of the company said it was not possible to reach Vibhu Agarwal. We will update this story when Mr Vibhu Agarwal responds to us.
