Split into five episodes, the web series titled “Gyaarah“, just released on OTT platform 9Redhot is worth watching, as its loaded with suspense, drama, sex and action. We would give it a 4 on 5 and definitely recommend it.
Tarun Mahto (Sandeep Sharma) an IPS officer posted in Delhi comes across a weird case that turns his otherwise mundane life upside down.
His story is one that depicts a situation wherein a person who loses something precious and the ensuing desperation of getting it back can at times make an individual cross any limit.
A family of eleven are found hanging in their house situated in Old Delhi. Investigating officer, police inspector Tarun Mahto is assigned the case. A good intelligent officer, Tarun did not know what this case was about to do to his otherwise routine life.
Tarun’s mother Vidya is mentally ill and is being taken care of by a nurse at home, but her condition is such that no nurse stays for long. ALSO READ: Sajid Khan asked me to remove my inner wear: Madhuri Sangita Patil speaks up
Then comes Archana (Mrunalinee Senapati) and her presence changes everything. Vidya’s condition improves and Tarun is happy to see his mother get well.
Slowly Archana and Tarun fall in love, but destiny has something else in store for them. Tarun’s mother Vidya passes away and it does not take time for things to go downhill in Tarun’s life.
On the other hand, the police team investigating the case, was unfolding various complications and intricacies in the case. The biggest clue they get were the private diaries written by Sumit, the middle son in the family.

Meanwhile, a lady police official Suman (Ayushi Jaiswal) provides the sex component for the web series with her bold and topless love making scenes.
Through the diaries the cops come to know that Sumit thinks he could hear and see his dead father, who guided him and his family toward business profits and family happiness.
But it does not end there.. Sumit performs a ritual under his dead father’s guidance where he convinces his entire family to hang themselves, assuring them that they will not die, instead his father would come back and save them and he will stay with them forever.
Reading the diaries, Tarun could feel a weird connection with Sumit as he also loved his (dead) mother and could not bare the thought of losing her, it was as if the diaries showed him a way to bring back his own mother.
Tarun could not handle the trauma of losing his mother and started following Sumit’s diary, to his surprise and delight he could now hear his mother mysteriously talk to him.
Finally, the craziness brings him to the same junction as Sumit and in order to bring his dead mother back Tarun tries to hang himself and Archana.
