NEW DELHI, (PTI): TMC, AAP do not have cadre base in constituencies in Goa, attempted to build their parties through defections: P Chidambaram.

The Congress and BJP are the main contestants in Goa.

If the AAP and TMC secure some votes, they will be splitting non-BJP vote. Cong leader P Chidambaram told PTI in New Delhi.
