Ullu Boss Vibhu Agarwal’s Anticipatory Bail Matter Adjourned to 21 Aug

Mumbai: A Mumbai sessions court Monday adjourned the hearing of Ullu CEO Vibhu Agarwal’s anticipatory bail application to 21st August.

According to the court roznama, the ABA came up for hearing in Court Room No. 12 before Judge D D Koche of the Dindoshi Criminal court.

Advocates Nisha Burange of Hedgehog Fox LLP and Megha Gupta appeared for the applicant Vibhu Agarwal.

Assistant Public Prosecutor Adv Kanojia appeared for the State of Maharashtra, while Adv Bilal Qureshi and Adv Abhishek Pandey appeared for the intervenor victim/complainant. Assistant police inspector Shaikh from Amboli police station was also present.

After hearing all the parties including the applicant Vibhu Agarwal and the intervenor-complainant, the court adjourned the matter for further arguments to 21st August.
