Mumbai Porn Racket: Dindoshi Sessions Court Adjours Yasmin Khan’s ABA In Porn Case For Orders

MUMBAI: A Mumbai Sessions court at Dindoshi in suburban Mumbai today adjourned the Anticipatory Bail Plea (ABA) filed by former model and Bhojpuri actor-turned director and producer Yasmeen Khan in an FIR registered at the Charkop Police station in a porn-related case. The court posted the matter to 7th December (tomorrow) for orders.

Four more persons have been named in the FIR one person has been arrested by the Charkop police.

The court of Addl. Sessions Judge S N Salve which heard the ABA 1931/22 and Adv Ashok Yadav for the applicant Yasmeen Khan along with an official from the Charkop Police station who submitted a written “say” strongly objecting to the grant of ABA, adjourned the matter to 7th December (tomorrow) for orders.

The Charkop police investigating the case, said four persons, including Yasmeen Khan, actor and director Anirudh Prasad Jangade, Amit Paswan and one Aditya have been named in the new FIR registered recently, for threatening and blackmailing a woman to shoot nude and porn videos.

Sources said that there are several women who were tricked into shooting adult content. Read more here
