PONDA: Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) MLA Sudin Dhavalikar, on Monday said that 4 to 5 MLAs are likely to leave the Bharatiya Janata Party in December. There will be a lot of political action in Goa beginning December.

“There will be a huge political churn and turmoil in Goa in December. 4 to 5 BJP MLAs are likely to leave the party. I cannot say which party they will join, but the churn is definite,” Dhavalikar said.

According to him, the BJP in Goa would be reduced to single digits in the forthcoming elections in February 2022.

“Many workers and MLAs will move from one party to the other. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the All India Trinamool Congress (TMC) will take in MLAs from both the Congress and the BJP,” he said.

The BJP split Congress and the MGP to continue its illegitimate government. Now the AAP and TMC Parties are doing the same thing.

“Both these outside parties are stealing Congress and BJP leaders and MLAs. The BJP and Congress in Goa will face the same scenario that they forced upon other parties in the past by their divide and split politics,” he said.
