Priya Soni advises Lock Upp participant Anjali Arora not to live in the past, as latter takes on online troll army

MUMBAI: Model and actor Priya Soni today took a dig at reality show Lock Upp participant Anjali Arora saying ‘don’t bask in the past, live in the present and work hard’.

Anjali had recently gone public about how trolling by netizens had affected her to the extent that she was suffering from severe mental illness and was broken to the point where she even contemplated quitting the internet.

Recently, when Anjali was trolled and she gave it back, Priya Soni who is also very active on social media replied to one of her posts saying one must not live in the past.

According to Priya Soni, she did not intend to be sarcastic, but wanted to explain to Anjali not to live in the past and rest on her past laurels, but to keep working hard.

“Public memory is very short and both success and failure is forgotten by the audience over time. We must keep working and living in the present,” Priya advised Anjali.
