Model alleges producer tore off her blouse and shot porn video revealing her breasts

MUMBAI: Model and actress Ishika Borah filed a new complaint with the Mumbai police, alleging that a producer and web designer associated with an OTT App forced and blackmailed her to shoot porn clips and nude images, on the pretext that she would earn huge sums of money from downloads and royalty on the content.

“He called me to his office at Adarsh Nagar on the pretext of showing me his website, pulled and tore my blouse and shot a video with his mobile phone, revealing my breasts,” Ishika has stated in her complaint, adding that the accused tried to rape her after shooting the topless video, but she pushed him and ran out of his office.

She has alleged that the accused person has released her topless video on social media and is trying to extort money from her.

Last week, the Mumbai-based model submitted her complaint and even named and shamed a web designer Virasat Ali Gaur on social media, who cheated her of a huge sum of money and then shared her personal details with an OTT App, which resulted in soft porn posts and emails being sent to her.

The accused blackmailed me and forced me to do illegal things, tried to get me to shoot porn for an OTT App and HotShots app and shared my personal details with the promoters of these apps, claiming and threatening that they could destroy me if I did not co-operate with them.

According to the complainant Ishika Borah, on the pretext of designing a website, the accused Virasat Ali Gaur, who posed and claimed to be a web developer, swindled her of a huge sum of money, including Rs 45,000/- which was paid in cash for development of a website.

“He took my bank details, online banking password and debit card details in order to book and pay for a web domain for my website and for hosting services. However, he linked my bank account details and password with his other projects and I came to know about it much later on, when the bank deducted huge amounts from my account. This happened during the lockdown. When I confronted him, Gaur initially begged forgiveness and said he would return the money. He pleaded that he used my bank credentials only due to the lockdown as he was not able to use other means,” Ishika told this reporter.

“However, instead of returning my money, he shared my email details with an OTT APP and I began receiving soft porn posts, emails and newsletters from them, which outraged my modesty,” the complainant Ishika Borah said.

Gaur claimed he worked as a producer for an OTT APP and sourced and produced soft-porn content for their app, Borah told the cops.

Even after a year, Virasat Ali Gaur has not returned my money and recently more money was debited from my account, which Gaur had put on auto debit, linking his various payment apps like Google Pay, Bhim Pay, Phone Pe, etc., with my bank account, Borah said.

“Further, he blackmailed me to shoot some porn scenes for OTT apps and the now defunct Raj Kundra-run app HotShots. Gaur threatened me if I did not do his bidding, and shoot for the app, he would release morphed and photoshopped nude images and video clips bearing my face to defame and humiliate me. He had some video clips and footage, which I had given him for my website, which he threatened to upload on porn sites,” the complainant said.

Ishika Borah in her complaint has alleged that the accused persons, Gaur and his partners, are hand-in-glove with the OTT APP owners and directors, and they blackmailed her to shoot porn scenes for their projects.

Gaur forced, coerced, blackmailed and defrauded me to give him very bold semi-nude video clips, which he said were for broadcast on the app. He called me to his office at Adarsh Nagar, for purpose of discussing about the website, forcibly opened my blouse top, undid my bra and then clicked photos and video clips, claiming that the photos and videos would be sold for a huge sum to the app. Later on when I questioned him, he threatened to release my topless video clips in the public domain,” the victim stated in her complaint, adding that she fears her topless videos were sold to the app and other porn sites, after editing them with other video footage.

Borah in her complaint has accused Gaur and others, including the OTT app directors of molestation, attempted rape, blackmail, cheating, breach of trust, fraud, forgery, criminal intimidation and common intention.
