No ‘Ali’ involved, was probably just a friend, not date or boyfriend: Rayya Labib defends late Tunisha Sharma
MUMBAI: Rayya Labib on Monday late evening strongly refuted all the allegations made by Sheezan Khan’s lawyer including the charge that the late Tunisha Sharma had dated a man by the name of ‘Ali’ and other statements which she termed was misleading and confusing the court.
Actor Rayya Labib a friend of the late Tv actor Tunisha Sharma, who committed suicide last year in the last week of December said that the lawyer was speaking falsehood and trying to ‘invent’ facts to mislead the court. He should stick to only the ‘real facts’ and not let his imagination run wild, she said.
She claimed that the so-called ‘Ali’ mentioned by @sheezan9 #sheezankhan’s lawyer in #vasai #court today is none other than a fan & friend. #SheezanKhan’s lawyer is misleading the court just to get bail for his client. He should fight on points of law. Stop misleading the court and the #media
She wrote on Instagram:
According to Rayya Labib, Sheezan Khan’s lawyer is not sure about getting bail from the Vasai Sessions court and hence he is ‘inventing stories’, which is not correct and his only purpose seems to be confusing the court. He should only stick to the actual facts and not invent a new story each and every day, Rayya said, adding that for the last 15 days he did not mention any ‘Ali’ but suddenly out of the blue has come out with a new theory.
“The Tinder account matter never came up till now, even when Sheezan Khan’s family spoke to the media at a press conference. Now suddenly Mr Lawyer has got this new information while arguing for bail. Let him argue for bail on merits and on points of law. He should stop making fairy tales and read law books and the Law of Bails, instead of fairy tales,” Rayya countered.
