MUMBAI: In a statement issued by her spokesperson in Mumbai on Thursday evening, Rayya Labib who was known to Tunisha Sharma, alleged that the bigger picture is not being looked at. She said she is talking to her lawyers and will either file a private MECR case in the local court or a Writ Petition in the High Court demanding a CBI enquiry into the entire suicide incident.

“I was planning to file an intervention application in the local court, when Sheezan Khan is produced for remand on Friday, but it will not help. My application may not be allowed. Hence, we may go for a Writ Petition in the High Court or a Court Enquiry,” Rayya said.

On Thursday evening, she demanded that the police conduct polygraph or lie-detector and naro-analysis tests on the accused co-star of the late Tv actor – Sheezan Khan to ascertain the truth and get to the bottom of the matter. (Read Here)

Explaining her stand, Rayya said, “Tunisha was a strong girl. She is not likely to just commit suicide and loose everything. She was successful and doing well work wise. At age 20 she was earning well. Something drastic and ‘bhayanak‘ happened that afternoon that she took her life. Or she was murdered. A false narrative is being spread to protect some people. The police must get to the bottom of the matter. It is very unlikely that a successful woman would commit suicide for a man just like that. I am talking to my lawyers. We will either file a MECR case or a Writ Petition in the High court, demanding a CBI enquiry,” Rayya said.

Earlier on Thursday morning, Rayya alleged that Sheezan would assault Tunisha when very angry. Tunisha’s mother even alleged that Sheezan used to take drugs. Rayya too confirmed this saying several people, including his ex-girlfriend told her that Sheezan was taking MD. “He was very aggressive and violent when angry,” Rayya said.
