Raj Kundra loves “69”, hence named his film “UT 69”: Gehana Vasisth

MUMBAI: Actor and director Gehana Vasisth whose film “Marriage.com” releases on the same day as celebrity businessman – and Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra’s film “UT 69” on November 3rd is really amused by the title of the project. While Gehana officially refused to comment on the title of Kundra’s film, a little birdie told us that Gehana was heard saying that Raj Kundra loves “69” and is obsessed with the particular act and hence named his project accordingly.

While Kundra and Vasisth are friends, their projects are competing for media space.

The film based on a true story titled “Marriage.com” and starring actor Gehana Vasisth in the main lead is due to release on 3rd November this year. The film promises all the elements of drama, suspense, murder, romance and even sex and glamour. On the same day Kundra’s film will also open in theatres across the country.

“We have planned a release before Diwali. It has the touch and feel of a Sooraj Barjatya movie and it will be interesting for the audiences to watch,” Gehana who plays the main protagonist in the film, had earlier told this reporter.

The main agenda for making this film is to spread awareness among youth about modern-day ‘digital marriages’, how people get trapped and how some persons play with the emotions and feelings of others in the name of marriage, she explained.

Gehana Vasisth has her own “pain moments” with one such marriage portal and she plays her part effectively and leaves nothing to one’s imagination, not to forget the oomph and glamour component which she brings on screen.

Director and producer Ajay Ram who has produced many films is known for his uncomplicated stories and screen play.

This film will be releasing in about 300 theatres all over India and is made in Telugu and Tamil as well as Hindi.
