Trio Absconding As Mumbai Cops Issue Notices To Ajay Shrimant, Abhijit Harishchandra and Prince Kashyap In Porn Case

MUMBAI: The Property Cell of the Mumbai Crime branch has issued summons and notices to three producers Ajay Shrimant, Abhijit Harishchandra and Prince Kashyap associated with the Raj Kundra-owned porn app HotShots.

The notices are sent under Section 41A of the CrPC, demanded their attendance at the Crime Branch office for investigation.

However, the trio are absconding and are said to be out of Mumbai.

According to sources, Raj Kundra’s HotShots app had nearly 20 to 30 producers including actress Gehana Vasisth who was arrested in February this year.

After Gehana was arrested, all the producers have fled Mumbai and are either in Delhi, Chennai or in Kolkata. Some of them have launched their porn business under different names and floated different apps.

Even some female actors who were closely associated with the porn industry – like Tina Nandy, Soniya Maheshwari and Nandita Dutta aka Nancy Bhabhi fled Mumbai. Tina Nandy and Nandita set up their business in Kolkata after creating new apps in partnership with others.

Nandita Dutta aka Nancy Bhabhi and two others including a photographer and a  photo studio owner were arrested by the Kolkata police last week. They have been remanded to police custody for 7 days.
