MUMBAI: Siddhanth Kapoor, son of Shakti Kapoor was not part of the drug party onboard Cruise Ship Cordelia The Empress and was not arrested or detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau.

However, Shah Rukh Khan’ eldest son Aryaan Khan was arrested along with several others, including his actor friend Arbaaz Shet Merchantt.

Meanwhile, the NCB has also recovered the phone numbers of several drug peddlers stored on Aryaan Khan’s phone and all of them are going to be questioned.

Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit Chopra and Arbaaz Merchant have been arrested in the matter.

Aryan Khan was arrested under sections 8 (C) (for producing, manufacturing, possessing, selling, purchasing, transporting, warehousing, using, consuming, importing or exporting inter-state, importing into or exporting from India or transshipping any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance), 20 (B) (for producing, manufacturing, possessing, selling, purchasing, transporting, importing or exporting inside the state, or using cannabis), 27 (punishment for consumption of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance) and 35 (presumption of culpable mental state) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
