Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others to be produced in NDPS court today

MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and others are likely to be produced in the NDPS court at 11 am today or in the second half, post lunch, by the Narcotics Control Bureau.

As per the NDPS Act, those persons only consuming very minor quantities of drugs and not involved in trading or regular purchase, are liable to get bail for the first offence.

Aryan Khan and others are likely to be released on bail today, after being produced in the NDPS court.

The police have barricaded all entrances leading to the NCB office, to prevent media persons from getting footage of the detained accused.

The organizers of the event are likely to be arrested under more stringent provisions of the NDPS Act, which will mean they will be remanded to NCB custody today.

It is very obvious that the NCB is going very soft on the celebrity kids and well-connected guests.
