Mumbai: Online OTT app makers Ullu Digital Pvt Ltd and it’s CEO Vibhu Agarwal’s problems just got worse.

After the CEO Vibhu Agarwal and an employee Anjali Raina, the company’s country head was booked under Section 354 (C) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), one more model has filed a complaint against the company.

A Mumbai-based model and actress Sagarika Shona Suman, yes the same woman who first blew the lid off Raj Kundra’s ownership of the HotShot app, and the subsequent porn racket in a written complaint filed today through her lawyer has alleged that Vibhu Agarwal and Ullu Digital Pvt Ltd through benami or dummy entities are running porn apps similar to Nuefliks and Hothits.

In her complaint, Sagarika has stated that the company was running porn apps on the sly, under different names and publishing porn content online. She has requested the Mumbai police to investigate the matter and take action against the company and its promoters.

Readers may recall that in February this year, the Mumbai Crime Branch had cracked down on producers of porn apps including actress Gehana Vasisth and arrested 9 persons.

Later on in July, Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra was also arrested by the Crime Branch in the same case.

Sagarika Shona Suman has alleged that Vibhu Agarwal cheated and mentally and sexually harassed several models including Kajal, Kajal S, Satarupa and many others.

She has said that were the police to register an FIR in the matter, she is ready and willing to provide all the details and evidence, including the names of the female actors who have been sexually harassed by the company Ullu Digital and it’s CEO Vibhu Agarwal.

IndyaTv.in made several attempts to contact Mr Vibhu Agarwal of Ullu App, but he was unavailable for comment. He is not answering his mobile phones and WhatsApp and SMS messages sent to his three mobile phones/numbers went unanswered. Attempts to contact him on the landline number at his Mumbai office also proved futile. Our reporters left messages with Ullu Digital staff, requesting for an interview or audience with Vibhu Agarwal to hear his side of the story, but no response was forthcoming. The Country Head and Executive Director of the company said it was not possible to reach Vibhu Agarwal. We will update this story when Mr Vibhu Agarwal responds to us.
