Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryaan Khan remanded to NCB custody till Oct 4
MUMBAI: A special NDPS court situated at the Esplanade court (or Killa court) complex remanded Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son Aryan Khan to NCB custody for one day. He will be produced in court once again tomorrow.
Aryaan will spend today night at the NCB office or may be sent to the General Lockup in the premises at the Esplande court in South Mumbai, next to the BMC Building.
The Narcotics Control Bureau, through its counsel Adv Advait Sethna prayed for a minimum of two days police custody or PC remand for Aryan Khan, stating that the Federal Agency has enough evidence and sufficient material to show that all the accused person are connected to each other and with various drug peddlers.
Representing Aryan Khan, senior advocate Satish Maneshinde argued that the offences aginst Khan were bailable. Aryan was invited by the organisers of the party as a special invitee. He neither had a boarding pass nor a cabin booked. He just boarded the cruise and was seen with his friends, and was subsequently taken by the NCB officers, Maneshinde claimed.
He further submitted that the “court can grant one-day custody so that I can make a proper application before the court.”
