Lookout notices issued against Pardeep Bakshi and Yash Thakur aka Arvind Kumar Srivastava in Mumbai porn racket case
MUMBAI: The Property Cell of the Mumbai Crime Branch on Tuesday said that it has issued lookout notices against absconding accused Yash Thakur alias Arvind Kumar Srivastava, based in Singapore and owner of the Nuefliks app and UK-based Pardeep Bakshi, brother-in-law of Raj Kundra, aides of businessman Raj Kundra in a pornography case.
In a 1500-page supplementary charge sheet, both the accused have been declared absconding by the Crime Branch.
The cops are pursuing all legal options to bring the accused persons to India to face trial in the case.
Meanwhile, Raj Kundra was released from the Arthur Road jail this morning at around 11.30 am, after his lawyers completed the bail formalities.
A magistrate’s court granted Kundra bail on Monday on furnishing a bond of Rs 50,000/-
