When will Aryan Khan get bail? When will Aryan Khan be released? When will Aryan Khan be free?
MUMBAI: In what may seem to be a big disappointment for Shah Rukh Khan fans as well as for Gauri Khan, SRK’S eldest son Aryan Khan is unlikely to get bail today, as there are at least 3-4 bail applications to be dealt with by the Special NDPS Court and the NCB will insist on all the bail applications of the accused to be heard and argued together. The NCB is opposing tooth and nail, the segregation of Aryan Khan’s case and wants all those arrested accused from the cruise ship matter to be clubbed together and heard as one.
Additionally, there is a long weekend holiday, as Dussehra is on Friday, 15th October and the courts are likely to be closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The Narcotics Control Bureau is against singling out and separating Aryan Khan and his individual case, as that would give him a big benefit and advantage, not just for bail, but even during trial. The other accused were nabbed with larger quantities of drugs and it makes it difficult for them to get bail easily.
As long as Aryan Khan’s case is clubbed with the other 3-4 accused, basically his friends who were also caught red-handed along with him, but in clear possession of larger quantities of drugs, it becomes more difficult for Aryan to secure bail and this is exactly what the NCB wants.
By the time, the arguments and counter arguments of all 3-4 accused are completed, it will take at least 3 to 4 working days. Then the court will dictate the orders. Put all this together and it would need 6 to 7 working days. It also depends on how busy the courts are and how many other matters are listed on board. It depends, if the court takes a humane and lenient view as most accused are first time offenders, they could be out by next Monday or Tuesday at the earliest.
However, if the court is prosecution-oriented and takes up a harsh or strict stance, Aryan Khan could be behind bars at the Arthur Road for a good 10 to 15 days.
There is also a remote possibility that the NDPS court could reject his bail, forcing Shahrukh Khan to move the Bombay High Court to secure bail for his son. This process could take a good 20 days and with the Diwali vacations coming up, Aryan Khan may have to spend both Dussehra and Diwali behind bars. At the earliest, Aryan Khan could be free and out of jail within 5 to 7 days, or the worst would mean 20 to 25 days. It all depends on the evidence and arguments presented by the NCB and the view taken by the courts – lenient or strict. It also depends on further developments in the next few days. If the NCB are able to nab any big fish and link it/them to Aryan Khan, he could be a goner for months.

Aryan Khan moves HC seeking modification of bail condition about weekly appearance at NCB office
MUMBAI, (PTI): Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, on Friday, approached the Bombay High Court seeking modification of a condition imposed on him when he got bail in the drugs-on-cruise case.
Aryan’s application sought a waiver of the condition that he shall appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) south Mumbai office every Friday to mark presence.
As the investigation has been now transferred to a Special Investigation Team of Delhi NCB, the condition that he appear at the Mumbai office could be relaxed said the plea.
The application also said that he has to be accompanied by police personnel every time he visits the NCB office here due to the large number of media persons waiting outside.
The application is likely to be heard by the high court next week, his lawyers said.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 3 on charges of alleged possession, consumption, and sale/purchase of drugs following a raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
He was granted bail by the high court on October 28. The high court also imposed 14 conditions on him. Aryan Khan drugs case: Gosavi posed as NCB officer, planned to run away with money, had switched off phone for 3 hours
MUMBAI: Kiran P Gosavi, the Narcotics Control Bureau panch witness (of the selfie fame) in the Aryan Khan drugs case, posed as an NCB official, when he first represented himself to Shahrukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani, officials said.
However when the others including Sam D’Souza, Vijay Pagare and Sunil Patil were brought in the loop, it became clear that Gosavi was not part of the NCB team.
Further when his selfie with Aryan Khan went viral, the NCB issued a public clarification saying he was not part of the NCB team. This blew his false facade, prompting the others to get him to return the money.
Gosavi had made plans to go underground the same night with the Rs 50-lakh amount which he had received, but his cover was blown and all the other four persons involved in the deal – Sam D’Souza, Vijay Pagare, Sunil Patil, Prabhakar Sail and SRK’s manager and others began hounding Gosavi.
Gosavi had switched off his phone for 3 hours and was planning to run away and possibly leave the country, but his luck did not favor him and the others managed to track him down and ask him for the refund. Adding to Gosavi’s woes, the NCB top brass got irritated and angry with the selfie stunt and instructed the Mumbai Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede to shunt out Gosavi, keeping him at arms length.
Gosavi was trying to negotiate a deal with Wankhede and had initially planned to offer him Rs 5 crore for Aryan Khan’s release, but a rattled Wankhede stopped taking Gosavi’s calls after his bosses in New Delhi told him in no uncertain terms to keep away from Gosavi.
This was the icing on the cake for Gosavi who still tried to hold on to Rs 12 lakh, but was not successful.

Does Aryan Khan have Covid?
MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan skipped the Narcotics Control Bureau summons for two days consequently citing bad health. He claimed he is suffering from fever and Covid-like symptoms. Aryan Khan’s Covid RT-PCR test results are expected tomorrow and his health is being monitored.
Similarly, SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani also claimed she was unwell with fever and did not attend the NCB office.
So is Aryan Khan down with Covid? Things will be more clear after his test results are out.
Further, for the last few days the star kid seems to have lost his appetite and is hardly eating anything. Why this could be due to the fact, while in jail for 20 days he was only surviving on biscuits and water. Due to this, his appetite, metabolism and digestive system could have got disrupted resulting in zero appetite.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police’s Special Investigation Team, conducting a parallel investigation into the extortion allegations against NCB officials in the Aryan Khan drugs case, has asked for the CCTV footage of NCB’s south Mumbai offices.
Mumbai Police sources told a news channel that the process of formally and legally requisitioning the NCB to provide the footage ‘has begun’.
They added that footage from dates leading to the night of October 2 when Aryan Khan and other accused in the drugs case were brought to the NCB office in Ballard Estate has been sought through legal means.
“This is to check the activity and movement of Sam D’Souza, K P Gosawi and Manish Bhanushali inside the NCB office,” a police official privy to the development said.

Aryan Khan drugs case: Two female ex-Bigg Boss contestants paid Rs 5 lakh each, attended party at Hotel Lalit
MUMBAI: Two former female Bigg Boss contestants had attended an overnight party at hotel The Lalit in suburban Mumbai, wherein Sunil Patil, Sam D’Souza and now-arrested Narcotics Control Bureau witness Kiran Gosavi were present, along with some politicians and a former Minister, said a source who had helped fix up the deal.
According to our source, the party was held this year and the girls were paid Rs 5 lakh per night for their services. One of the female Bigg Boss participants privately entertained the former Minister and the second was in the room of an influential businessman, close to an ex Police Commissioner.
Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik has claimed that Patil used to regularly organize parties at The Lalit, where call girls were invited to entertain the guests.
Addressing a press conference in Mumbai today, Malik alleged that there exists a connection between the present Zonal Director of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Mumbai unit and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders.
“We think there might have been some talks between Sameer Wankhede and BJP leaders,” Malik told media persons in Mumbai.
“Mohit Kamboj and Sameer Wankhede met outside Oshiwara graveyard on October 7. He was spotted by two cops from the Oshiwara police station who had gone there for some other work. Wankhede panicked and complained to the police that they were being chased. They were lucky that the CCTV cameras were not working so they were not caught in the footage,” Malik claimed.
“Vijay Pagare told me, they were staying in the Lalit Hotel for the last 7 months. Manish and Vilas Bhanushali, Sam D’Souza used to come there. Girls also used to come there, and drugs were consumed there and money was also exchanged there,” he said.
Pagare and Patil were in contact with several pimps who provided high class call girls and escorts for their parties, attended by politicians, police and government officials. It is not known if the women were used to honeytrap the officials and blackmail them later on.

MUMBAI: As more and more allegations surface and skeletons tumble out of the closets, it seems three key players in the Aryan Khan drugs bust case, hosted parties in 5-star hotels in and around Mumbai, where services of call girls, escorts and popular instagram influencers, charging Rs 7 to Rs 10 lakh per night were enlisted.
The three key players are Fashion TV India head Kashiff Khan, Sunil Patil and now-arrested Narcotics Control Bureau panch witness Kiran Gosavi. Khan is known for his flamboyant parties where society women are involved.
Names of two former female Bigg Boss contestants who attended these parties, have also surfaced.
While NCP leader Nawab Malik claimed that an attempt was made to lure Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Aslam Shaikh to the cruise party, BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya aka Mohit Khamboj alleged, “I’ve said earlier that a Maharashtra Minister who has relations with drug peddlers was involved in the cruise party. Now Nawab Malik himself confirmed that Aslam Shaikh has relations with Kashiff Khan and also that children of NCP leaders, ministers are in contact with drug peddlers.”

Aryan Khan drug case: Gosavi tried to honeytrap and frame key NCB officials
MUMBAI: Now arrested NCB witness in the Aryan Khan drug case, Kiran Gosavi had tried to honeytrap and frame some key Mumbai Zone Narcotics Control Bureau officers, who were against him and wanted him away from the case.
According to a former drug accused, who is also running a high-profile call-girl business in Mumbai and Goa, two-days before Aryan Khan was arrested, Gosavi had “inquired about three high-profile Bollywood call girls and one very popular instagram influencer who charge in the range of Rs 5 to Rs 7 lakh per night”.
He told the former drug peddler that he wanted to oblige some senior NCB officials and would pay him after the deal was done.
However, the peddler-turned pimp flatly refused to give Gosavi any credit, as the women would have to be paid upfront for their services. He told Gosavi, who was known to him, that the full amount would have to be paid in advance in cash.
“It was then that Gosavi told me that he wanted to trap the NCB officials who were against his deep meddling in NCB cases. He wanted to secretly film the sex acts between the NCB officers and the women, to serve as a backup insurance against the officials who were not supporting him,” the peddler-turned pimp told this reporter.
Since Gosavi could not pay Rs 15 lakh upfront, the deal fell through, the pimp said.
