Unlikely to get bail this week: SRK’s son Aryan Khan’s bail application hearing adjourned to tomorrow

MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail application hearing has been adjourned to tomorrow by a Special NDPS Court (Court of Sessions) due to paucity of time.

The hearing (arguments and counter arguments by the applicant Aryan Khan and the prosecution) will continue tomorrow afternoon.

The Narcotics Control Bureau filed replies to bail applications of only three accused – Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmum Dhamecha who were the first to be arrested.

Advocate Ayaz Khan, appearing for accused Nupur Satija, said that although he filed her bail application for his client before Aryan’s was filed, the NCB still has not filed its reply. The court said NCB will file its reply by October 20.
