Pratik Gaba and Amir Furniturewala who invited Aryan Khan to the cruise ship party allowed to go free
MUMBAI: The Narcotics Control Bureau in its own admission has claimed that six persons who were initially detained during the cruise ship raid, were released after a few hours, as no evidence was found against them.
Who invited whom?
Aryan Khan was invited by Pratik Gaba, who admittedly is a friend of his – and Amir Furniturewala, who also invited two others for the cruise party. Apparently, Furniturewala asked Gaba to invite Aryan Khan as he knew the duo were friends. Furniturewala in turn was told by Rishabh Sachdeva to invite Aryan Khan. Sachdeva is the brother-in-law of BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya, former National President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha or the youth wing of the BJP.
Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant in turn invited a few more friends or at least informed them about the party. Here the link seems to be clear as to how Aryan Khan was trapped and framed.
The above two persons, Gaba and Furniturewala along with Rishabh Sachdeva – brother-in-law of Mohit Bharatiya (Khamboj) were let of after about two hours, upon the intervention of senior BJP functionaries.
Three BJP leaders visited the NCB office immediately upon the detention of the trio. It is alleged that the NCB officials were asked to speak on phone to some persons in Delhi, upon which the NCB officials let the three go.
All the above persons who were released, are either BJP supporters or associated with the BJP in some or the other way.
While the NCB claims no evidence was found against the trio, it has admitted in court that no drugs were found on Aryan Khan. The Federal drug agency is only relying on some Whatsapp chats found on Aryan Khan’s mobile phone to link him to the rest of the group.
Meanwhile, the Pune police have issued a lookout circular against K P Gosavi, one of the independent witnesses of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), in the cruise ship drugs seizure case, in connection with a 2018 cheating case registered in Pune.
Additionally, a Mumbai-based lawyer has filed a complaint with the Police Commissioner, raising questions over the role of KP Gosavi, Manish Bhanushali, Rishabh Sachdeva, Pratik Gaba, and Amir Furniturewala in the cruise drug bust case.
It is also alleged that the independent NCB witnesses or panchas KP Gosavi (the man seen in the viral photo with Aryan Khan) and another BJP worker Manish Bhanushali, not just escorted Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant to the NCB office, they were also involved in questioning them inside the NCB office, where all the accused were brought to, after they were apprehended at the cruise terminal.
