“Kashiff Khan, international drug lord and friend of Sameer Wankhede was on the ship, why wasn’t he arrested,” Nawab Malik fires one more salvo at NCB
MUMBAI: Targeting the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) once again on Wednesday, Maharashtra minister and NCP spokesperson Nawab Malik alleged that an “international drug mafia” was present on the cruise ship where the raid and arrests took place on October 2.
Without directly mentioning his name, Malik referring to businessman Kashiff Khan, said the NCB was aware of the presence of the “drug mafia” on the ship, but “chose to ignore” it.
“There was an international drug mafia present on the cruise with his girlfriend. She was seen dancing… She was carrying a weapon. All the NCB officers knew about the presence of the drug mafia, but they chose to ignore it. He was a bearded guy…Who is this dadhiwala? I will give more details soon,” Nawab Malik taking potshots at the NCB claimed.
Nawab Malik also alleged that the drug lord was a friend of NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede and his presence on the cruise ship was known to everyone, at the time of the raid. In fact, Kashiff Khan was one of the organizers of the cruise ship party, but was not detained and was allowed to continue with the cruise. He was called for questioning by the NCB later on.
Without naming Khan, Malik told media persons, “A drug lord, who is a friend of Wankhede, was let off.” Read More Here
