Bigg Boss 17: First contestants’ name revealed – actor-influencer Nikki Dhankhar on Salman Khan’s show

MUMBAI: While the popular reality show Bigg Boss season 17 may still be 5 to 6 months away, the grapevine has already started buzzing and if sources are to be believed, then Haryanavi actor and Instagram influencer Nikki Dhankhar may be the first confirmed contestant on the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan-hosted show.

We tried to contact the channel Colors but nobody was ready to comment about anything, forget about the list of even tentative contestants on the show. However a secret source told us that Nikki Dhankhar’s publicist and management team from Mumbai were in touch with the production house Endemol regarding the show.

Nikki has also been selected to represent India at the Ms Asia-Universe pageant and it remains to be seen which show she would be on as the dates could possibly clash.

The organisers of Ms Asia-Universe have confirmed Nikki’s participation in the event to be held in Australia later this year, but the final dates haven’t yet been announced.

It was earlier reported that actor Fahmaan Khan who appeared in Bigg Boss 16 for a brief period to support his girlfriend Sumbul Touqeer Khan could be on the show, but he later denied it. He said he definitely won’t be participating in the controversial show as it’s not ‘his cup of tea’.

Who is Nikki Dhankhar?

28-year-old Nikki Dhankhar hails from Rohtak in Haryana and is an actor, singer and Instagram influencer. She is doing a web series produced by Vrindaavan Films and is a confirmed participant of the Ms Asia-Universe pageant.

Nikki will also be seen in a Punjabi bhangra rap music video by an NRI rapper based in the USA.
